Job Overview/Summary

The CAS Manager identifies and close opportunities to grow customer categories using Clorox brands through improved assortment and shelving using data analysis, applied shopper/consumer insights, and customer influence. Is the expert in analytical work supporting internal and external customers with category, shopper, consumer insights as well as competitive market analysis. Develops the necessary skills to add value to the customer, including periodic reporting and in-depth analysis. Start developing strong Category knowledge with focus on category-level.
The CAS Manager collaborates with product launches and is a key member of the sales team, when analyzing information and converting it into compelling Selling Stories that enrichen both customers and Clorox.

  • Category Advisory Services: Lead and develop the Category Management strategy and processes, through the – analysis of situations / data requires in –depth evaluation of variable factors to influence strategic execution and decision making on Clorox categories and positioning as the cutting edge category leader in those categories.
  • Business Partnership: Provide Category inputs (non-confidential customer data) and transfer knowledge from category management initiatives to Business Planning process to improve sales and profitability.
  • Nielsen Expert: Provides value added information to all commercial teams in order to understand categories performance and capture opportunities within retailers/channels.
