«I was visiting the Amazon store in New York last weekend. This isn’t the GO store but a traditional retail store where they display most popular products with a +4 star rating across all categories. The store looked as a reflection of their website ie messy and a lot of products categories that’s not linked aside each other’s. I know this is supposed to be inspirational, however retail has to give a good experience on top of great offerings and that part lagged – hence the reason that very few customers walked out with anything.»
