The Sally Beauty Supply and Beauty Systems Group businesses sell and distribute through 5,150 stores, including 187 franchised units, throughout the United States (including Puerto Rico), Canada, Mexico, Chile, Peru, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands and Spain. Approximately 82% of consolidated net sales are from customers located in the United States. Sally Beauty Supply has 3,782 stores worldwide; 2,883 are located in the United States (including Puerto Rico) and 899 are located outside of the United States.
Sally Beauty Supply offers up to 8,000 SKUs of professional beauty products for hair care, hair color, styling tools and nails through leading third-party brands and exclusive-label professional product lines. Sally Beauty Supply’s customer base includes retail consumers and salon professionals. The Beauty Systems Group business has 1,368 stores, including 168 franchise stores. Beauty Systems Group also has one of the largest networks of professional distributor sales consultants in North America, with approximately 829.
