Trade & Shopper Marketeer – Philips

In this role, you have the opportunity to:

Plan, manage, execute and measure local marketing activities that are aligned to a specific channel to support market growth objectives. Responsible for demand creation activities through the channel and works with partners to develop, execute and measure channel programs and campaigns that increase awareness, strengthen customer and channel relationships, and build pipeline and sales opportunities.

You are responsible for:

  • Planning and development of shopper marketing strategy & objectives, identifying opportunities based on translation of retailer, shopper & category insights in consultation with both internal & external stakeholders.
  • Own investment strategy & budget including monthly/quarterly reconciliation for core retailers.
  • Leveraging key retailer assets and Omni channel capabilities and identifying future opportunities for shopper engagement & path to purchase.
  • Clear discipline of measuring & monitoring against key performance indicators and return of investment.
