Sr Specialist Master Data/ Partner Program – adidas

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the product data and content for adidas and Reebok within Partner Program Latin America.
  • Maintain and Optimize product data in our vendor platform VTEX.
  • Manage the integration of adidas and Reebok products in Latin American Partner Program accounts.
  • Responsible for the creation, maintenance, transfer and reporting of correct and consistent data between the adidas product management systems and Partner Program vendor product systems.
  • Support Account Management in daily monitoring of our accounts.
  • Manage the global range plan and identify need for local asset creation.
  • Create and maintain a global range plan for all eCommerce markets based on the individual market ranges for each season
    • Coordinate the asset production for Latin America with GACT ensuring that retail intro dates and tiering structure is adhered to.
    • Pro-actively communicate the need for local asset creation and share information on updates to global style-guides to our accounts and create feedback to our Global Asset Creation Team
    • Ensure the timely availability of images, videos, copy and translations for all relevant LAM markets in our system and vendor systems.
    • Work closely with eCom Master Data team to ensure all account needs are briefed and delivered.
    • Identify and solve issues with the product data for our accounts and capture all requirements.
    • Coordinate improvements to the product master data template.
    • Align with all stakeholders on product data improvements needed to better support internal/external search, user experience or onsite navigation.
    • Coordinate the implementation of the changes to the data structure with all markets
    • Other duties as requested by your manager.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • Excellent PC & system knowledge, especially Excel (advanced level)
  • Extensive problem solving and analytical skills and have a brand-appropriate understanding
  • Ability to be detail oriented and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and in writing, to interact effectively and efficiently across departments, locations and levels of management
  • Aptitude for learning new software applications
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken), other languages are a plus (Portuguese).
