Lead country rewards initiative implementation, ensure the efficiency of payroll processes, benefits administration, compensation, personnel management and eHR according to regional and global frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise payroll and SAP personnel administration processes, and manage SAP implementation and maintenance of data input guidelines according to global and regional systems management policy to ensure system harmonization and data integrity.
  • Implement and manage yearly global compensation programs (Salary Round, Aim2Score, LTIP) to ensure timely and accurate completion for compensation cycles. Additionally, create, manage and report personnel budget to partner with finance for periodic FBP and RFC review process.
  • Manage compensation strategy according to global guidelines, maintaining internal equity and external competitiveness (salary scale, salary offers for hiring and promotions). Also, provide information for the annual survey TRS (Total Remuneration Survey) and yearly salary budget.
