USA: Amazon lockers hit Sacramento

The Sacramento Bee is reporting that Amazon lockers, self-service lockers that allow shoppers to pick up their Amazon order in a secure location — typically a retail setting — have arrived in California’s capital city. The most recently installed locker is at a Safeway in the city. The company also recently opened a staffed pickup location on the campus of UC Davis, the report said.
