Innovación: McDonald’s launches Nutella burger
McDonald’s Italy has added a new item to its menu: the Nutella burger. “Sweety con Nutella”, is the name of the new burger that McDonald’s have added to its menu. The announcement on the Italian Facebook page of the brand was welcomed a large number of users, but sparked disappointment among some others as it is currently sold in McDonald’s Italian outlets only. This is the fruit of a McDonald’s partnership with Ferrero, the Italian owner of the Nutella brand.
The promotion has been liked by more than 76,000 times, while some have been rather disgusted by this Nutella burger that contains around 256 calories. Having said, this would be less fat than a Big Mac. For others, this “burger nutella” is nothing but a piece of bread stuffed with the spread, as anyone could do at home!
