Canada: Sears Canada teams up with Just For Laughs
Just for Laughs Festival 42 and comedians from The Second City teamed up with Sears Canada to celebrate the launch of the retailer’s reinvention and new concept store at Promenade Mall, just north of Toronto.
In the spirit of showing customers #WhatTheSears is going on at the concept stores, NOW Magazine’s Comedian of the Year and Just For Laughs Festival 42 performer Amanda Brooke Perrin alongside fellow comedians Dena Jackson and Lindsay Mullan of Toronto’s The Second City spent the day pranking customers while capturing the hilarious reactions on hidden camera.

Sears Canada’s new concept stores at Promenade Mall and Mapleview Centre represent the next and largest step forward in the retailer’s aggressive reinvention plan. It comes hot on the heels of Sears Canada’s modern new logo unveiled last month, and new fashion lines announced this summer.
