Canada: Sears Canada confirms real estate transaction
Sears Canada (SRSC -3%) has entered into a definitive agreement for a real estate transaction for proceeds to the company of $70M, as previously disclosed in its Q2 earnings report.
The transaction is expected to close in early December and will not result in any store closures.
